In the second half of the year Mark produced a song of Dusty Springfield for a Dusty Springfield tribute. This song has not been published.

2012

Paul Nelson (manager of Johnny Winter) says in an interview: "'We still have' and 'Okey Dokey Stomp' with a full horn section, was just sent out to Mark Knopfler" with the request for a co-operation in a new album of Johnnie's 'Roots Series’.
